A comfortable family home conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood between the University of Victoria and the Royal Jubilee Hospital, a short stroll to Camosun College or St. Michaels University School, yet only 5 km from downtown Victoria's Inner Harbour . Recently renovated B&B rooms take up the main floor & offer private baths with your own sitting areas.

The South Room has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, TV/DVD, telephone, private entrance, separate sitting area with fridge, microwave, toaster oven, & coffee/tea facilities. Our East Room offers twin beds, telephone, private bathroom, separate sitting room with TV/VCR, fridge and coffee/tea making facilities. Both have access to internet & wireless capabilities.
